Evergreen Clinical Nutrition offers the following services to support your health goals:

This 15 minute call is the first step in working together.

It’s an opportunity to discuss your goals and current health status, and for me to determine whether an initial consultation is the right next step. No interventions- including practitioner only products – are prescribed at this appointment.

This comprehensive consultation assesses your medical and family history, pathology results, and nutritional intake to establish a personalised plan of care. Your experiences are heard and taken very seriously, whether they relate to nutrition, physical health, mental health, or past trauma.

Please allow 60-90 minutes for this consultation.

Return consultations review your progress against the interventions from your initial consultation. Feedback on what is and isn’t working allows your plan to be adjusted to improve adherence and outcomes.

Please allow 40 minutes for return consultations.

Meal plans are built from you assessment results, medical history, and lifestyle, addressing your specific nutrient needs rather than following a generic template.
