Complementary strategy call
This 15 minute call is the first step in your health journey.
It is an opportunity for you to communicate what you’re wanting to achieve, resolve or prevent, and provides me with insight as to what your current health status is before diving deeper with an initial consultation.
No interventions- including practitioner only products – are prescribed at this appointment.
Initial consultation
This comprehensive, client-centred consultation is a deep investigation to assess your current health status including medical and family history, recent pathology testing, nutritional intake and establish personalised interventions to support your goals and needs.
This is your opportunity to be heard and validated, with your personal experiences taken seriously- regardless of whether they relate to nutrition, mental health, physical health, or trauma.
Inital consultation fees may vary depending on your needs and will be discussed during the strategy call.
Return consultation
A return consultation involves evaluating your progress with the interventions prescribed during your inital appointment.
This is your opportunity to provide honest feedback as to what is working and what is challenging to implement, so that adjustments or changes can be implemented to your prescriptions and interventions to ensure greater adherence and your desired outcomes.
Personalised Meal plans
Personalised meal plans are tailored dietary strategies designed to meet individual health goals, nutritional needs, and lifestyle preferences based on a comprehensive assessment of medical history, dietary habits, and functional testing results. They benefit patients by optimising nutrient intake, managing symptoms, and promoting sustainable health improvements.
They offer advantages over generic diets by addressing specific physiological imbalances, enhancing adherence, and supporting preventative care. Available only after an initial consultation to ensure accuracy.
Packages
Evergreen Clinical Nutrition offers 4 and 6 week consultation packages.
The 4 week package is for individuals who initally benefit from weekly consultation to monitor progress. Includes 1 initial consultation and 3 weekly follow-up consultations.
Our 6 week package is ideal for those who require more intensive support due to the complexity of their conditions and interventions, or anyone who is making big changes and needs frequent review and monitoring of their progress with the prescribed interventions. Includes 1 inital consultation, 4 return consultations, and a personalised meal plan.
Functional Testing
Functional testing involves specialised assessments, such as blood, saliva, urine, or stool tests, to evaluate a client’s physiological functions, nutrient status, and underlying health imbalances.
It can be a useful tool to identify root causes of health issues beyond standard medical diagnostics, providing enabling preventative care to optimises patient outcomes.
By providing objective data, functional testing enables tailored interventions, enhancing the precision of dietary modification and prescribed nutraceuticals.
Please note: Functional testing is only available once an initial consultation has been completed.
