There’s so much noise
out there…
“Do this to lose weight and be healthy….. Don’t do that- do this instead!…. Don’t eat dairy… eat more dairy!…. Go Vegan…. No wait- carnivore… no wait- keto!”
And that is often just about weight loss! That’s not even addressing auto-immune disease, metabolic disorders, mental health, chronic inflammation, gut health, and everything else!
Everywhere you turn, there is another “expert” trying to convince you that they have the answer you have been looking for. They have the health program that’s better than all the others, the magic pill or supplement, the perfect diet, and the solution to all your problems.
But how do you know that the “perfect solution”, that is coming up on millions of people’s social media feeds, is the answer you’ve been looking for?
You don’t. Because the chances are- it’s not.
The reality is you are unique.
You are not “everyone else”.
You are not simply as one of the masses.
You deserve to be treated as an individual.
And there is no shame for trying to regain your health by attempting all the “protocols” that you’ve heard about online, or your friend or family member swears by.
But let’s honest- if they were working, then you wouldn’t be here. The weigh would be gone, the brain fog would have lifted, and you gut wouldn’t be making eating out a nightmare.
But you are- and I’m glad. Why?
Because it means you know that things need to change.
It means that the root causes of your fatigue, burnout, gut issues, skin issues, brain fog, weight gain, etc., can finally be addressed and dealt with rather than managed with more drugs and doom scrolling.
I know the frustration of feeling like you’re doing everything “right” but still struggling to achieve true physical and mental health; getting all those “normal” blood test results and yet feeling anything but normal.
My experiences clinically and personally have taught me that true health is achievable with the right knowledge, mindset, support…. and interventions.
